The service

InHouse Intelligence is software that helps freelancers and agencies manage social media clients with the support of AI agents. AI outputs are drafts. You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything you publish or send to clients.

Free trial

The free trial lasts 14 days. No payment details are needed to start. At the end of the trial you can choose to subscribe; if you don't, your trial workspace will be closed and its data deleted after 30 days.

Your data and your clients' data

You keep ownership of all content and data you upload. You confirm you have the right to upload your clients' information. Each agency's workspace is kept separate. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service for anything unlawful, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to access other users' data.

Intellectual property

We own the software, website and our brand. You own your content and your clients' content. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you.

Liability

The website and trial are provided "as is". Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability during a free trial is limited to £100.

Cancelling

You can stop using the service at any time. Paid subscription terms, including cancellation, will be set out when you subscribe.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
