What we do

Your entire social operation, handled end to end.

Three things happen every month. You only ever have to approve.

01

We capture

Our videographers and photographers visit your site and shoot broadcast-quality footage of your team, product and space.

02

We create & schedule

Four AI agents turn that footage into a full month of posts — written, formatted and scheduled to your strategy. You approve, we post.

03

We measure honestly

Every post is benchmarked against your own account history — and if you connect a booking or checkout link, we track clicks and conversions too. Findings feed straight into next month's plan.

The Problem

Most agencies sell you content.
Nobody tells you what it's for.

  • You're posting regularly, but the plan isn't built around your quiet days, your margins or your calendar.
  • You're repeating the same content because nobody checks what actually outperformed for your account.
  • You're paying agency rates for generic best practice that ignores your own numbers.
  • Month after month it doesn't get sharper, because nothing feeds back into the next plan.
The Orchestration Loop

Four agents. One loop. A human at every gate.

Growth → Strategy → Content → Performance → back to Growth. Each cycle is informed by the last, and a strategist reviews and approves every stage before it moves on. Nothing is published without a person signing it off.

01

Growth Agent

We size the opportunities in your own numbers

Reasons in commercial terms using the figures you share — average ticket, covers, footfall, seasonality — and sizes each opportunity with your actual numbers rather than generic best practice.

02

Strategy Agent

We turn those opportunities into a plan

Turns the sized opportunities into a focused monthly plan: platforms, posting cadence, promotional mechanics and content themes. A strategist reviews and signs it off before anything is built.

03

Content Creator Agent

We create and schedule your posts

Produces 8–30 ready-to-publish posts every month — captions written, formats optimised, scheduling handled. You review and approve; nothing goes live without your sign-off.

04

Performance Agent

We benchmark every post against your own history

Tracks live per-post performance — reach, views, engagement rate, follower growth — against your account's own historical norm, flags the genuine standouts, and feeds those findings into the next Growth analysis.

Why we're different

Agency-grade thinking, without the agency retainer.

The expensive part of an agency is a human doing the analysis. We put the analysis into agents that reason from your own figures, and keep the humans where they matter — direction, production and approval.

No generic trends

Growth reasons from the figures you share — sales calendar, average spend, seasonality — and sizes each opportunity in your terms, not someone else's.

No guessing

Performance benchmarks each post against your own account history and flags the genuine standouts. Decisions come from your data, not opinion.

No unchecked automation

A strategist runs, reviews and signs off every stage. AI does the analysis and the drafting; a human decides what ships.

No agency mark-up

From £499 a month with shoots and editing included, month-to-month. A comparable retainer starts around £3,000 before production.

What to expect

Your first 90 days

Not a one-off setup. A loop where each cycle is planned using what your own account actually did in the last one.

Week 1

Launch

1
  • Growth: Analyses your business profile and sizes the commercial opportunities in your own numbers.
  • Strategy: Turns those opportunities into a 30-day plan and posting cadence, signed off by a strategist.
  • Content: Builds your first month of ready-to-publish posts.
  • Performance: First results land and a baseline for your account starts forming.
Weeks 2–3

Optimise

2
  • Performance: Shows which posts beat your own baseline on reach and engagement.
  • Strategy: Leans into the winners and retires what underperformed.
  • Content: Doubles down on the formats that landed for your audience.
  • Growth: Re-sizes the next opportunities using live performance data.
Months 2–3

Compound

3
  • All agents: Tuned to your specific business model and audience.
  • Content: Fewer misses, because the plan is built on what already worked here.
  • Performance: A richer baseline makes each month's read sharper.
  • Growth: Surfaces bigger, better-evidenced opportunities each cycle.

What this is

A worked example of how the loop runs for a business of this shape — not a report of past results. Any figures inside are estimates the Growth Agent sizes from numbers the client supplies, clearly labelled as estimates.

01

Growth Agent

Reads the profile the operator supplies: three branches, DIY hot-pot format, roughly £15 average spend, Saturday running near capacity at about 30 tables, an existing side-dish promotion, and a summer tourist window with students away. From those numbers it reasons in commercial terms — if a £6 side upsell lands on even a portion of Saturday's 30 tables, that is a meaningful weekly figure, so it is worth its own promotional mechanic. It also flags the 2–5pm dead zone, first-timer hesitation from tourists unfamiliar with the format, and the student-free midweek gap. Every figure here is an estimate sized from the operator's own numbers, not a measured outcome.

02

Strategy Agent

Turns those sized opportunities into a month: Instagram 4–5×/week around lunch and evening windows, TikTok 3–4×/week in the evening. Objectives are set against the opportunities Growth raised — lift midweek covers, convert first-time tourists, push the Saturday side upsell. Promotional mechanics: a Saturday side-dish combo posted Friday evening, a midweek footfall offer posted Tuesday, and an afternoon walk-in angle for the 2–5pm gap. Content pillars: lifestyle, promotion, education, community, product, behind-the-scenes. A strategist reviews and signs the plan off before anything is produced.

03

Content Creator

Builds a month of around 22 ready-to-publish posts against those pillars — an explainer for first-timers, promotional posts for the Saturday and midweek mechanics, lifestyle and product pieces from the on-site shoot, and behind-the-scenes from the kitchen. Every post arrives with an on-brand caption, the right format per platform and a scheduled slot. The operator reviews the set, requests changes, approves — and only then does anything post.

04

Performance Agent

Tracks live performance on every post — reach, views, engagement rate and follower movement — against the account's own historical norm rather than an industry average. It flags the genuine outliers: if the explainer post runs well above baseline while the midweek promo lands below it, that is the signal. Those findings go straight back into the next Growth analysis, so month two is planned around what actually performed for this account. If the operator connects a booking link, click-throughs and bookings started from social are tracked alongside it.

On-site Content Capture

We show up in person.
Real cameras. Real footage. Real you.

AI content only works when it's fed something real. Our videographers and photographers visit your site to capture high-quality footage of your team, product, and space — the raw material every agent in the loop draws from.

The result: AI-produced posts that still look, sound, and feel human — because the source material is.

On-site shoot days

Included on every plan — one session at onboarding on Starter, monthly on Professional, twice-monthly on Premium.

Broadcast-grade kit

Professional cameras, lighting, and audio — not a phone on a tripod.

Fed into the loop

Every clip and frame is tagged and handed to the Content agent as raw material.

Human at the core

AI edits, resizes, and captions — but the faces, voices, and moments are yours.

Built for every industry

Vertical expertise. Planned around the numbers that matter in your sector.

Versus a traditional agency

Better results, at a fraction of the cost.

A typical social agency charges £3,000–£6,000 a month before production, locks you into a year, and reports raw impressions. We start at £499, include the shoots, and benchmark every post against your own account history.

FAQ

The questions clients actually ask

How this actually works

How do the four agents work together?

Growth analyses your business and sizes specific commercial opportunities using the numbers you share. Strategy turns those into a monthly plan: platforms, cadence, promotional mechanics, content themes. Content Creator produces the posts. Performance tracks how each post did against your own account history and feeds that back into the next Growth analysis. It's a loop — each cycle is informed by the last.

Is this fully automated? Does AI post on my behalf?

No. Every stage is human-triggered and human-approved. A strategist runs the Growth analysis, reviews the findings, approves the strategy and approves the content. Nothing is published, changed or scheduled without a person signing it off. The AI does the analysis and the drafting; the human directs.

What does it mean that opportunities are 'sized using my numbers'?

We don't say 'post about your side dishes.' We say: Saturday runs near capacity at around 30 tables, your average spend is about £15, a £6 side upsell across a share of those tables is worth roughly this much a week — so it's worth its own promotional mechanic. It's a reasoned estimate built from figures you've disclosed, not a measured result or a guarantee.

Why is this better than hiring a traditional agency?

A £3,000–£6,000/month agency retainer mostly pays for a human account manager producing generic work across a dozen clients. We put the analysis into an agent that reasons from your actual business figures every cycle, and keep a human strategist to direct, review and approve. Same or better strategic rigour, from £499 a month, with shoots included and no annual contract.

About your content

Do you create all our content or optimise ours?

Depends on your tier. Starter: 8 posts a month, produced from one on-site shoot at onboarding plus your existing photos and clips. Professional: 12–16 posts plus an on-site shoot every month. Premium: 30+ posts plus two shoots a month. If you already have footage or UGC, we'll write optimised captions and schedule it for you. You approve everything before it posts.

What kind of content do you create?

Whatever your plan calls for — educational explainers, promotional posts, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes, testimonials, product showcases. Your monthly strategy determines the mix and how it's distributed across the month.

Can we request changes to content?

Always. Everything goes to you for approval before posting. Request changes and we adjust, or produce an alternative. Your approval is required before anything goes live.

Do you do videography and photography?

Yes, in-house, on every plan. Starter includes one on-site videography and photography session at onboarding, and we work from that footage going forward. Professional includes a session every month; Premium includes two a month. We bring broadcast-grade camera, lighting and audio and shoot your team, product and space — that real footage is what keeps AI-produced posts feeling human.

Tracking performance

What exactly do you measure?

Live per-post performance: reach, views, engagement rate and follower growth, benchmarked against your account's own historical norm rather than an industry average. That means we can flag the posts that genuinely outperformed for you — and feed that back into the next month's plan. Most agencies report raw impressions and never close that loop.

Can you track actual sales or bookings?

Yes, once you connect a trackable link. Point your social profiles and post CTAs at a booking page or checkout URL we can tag, and every post is tracked through to click-throughs and conversions on that link. It's something you switch on — until it's connected, we report on per-post performance benchmarking rather than sales.

What if we don't have a booking or checkout link?

Then we benchmark performance per post against your own account history, which is still far more useful than raw impressions. If you later add an online booking page or checkout, we can connect it and start tracking clicks and conversions from that point on.

Is our data private?

Yes. We only use the business figures you choose to share and your own account analytics. No customer data. Fully GDPR compliant. Your data stays yours.

What's the catch

Why is this month-to-month?

We want you to stay because the work is good, not because you're locked in. No minimum term, no penalties — cancel anytime.

Do you handle posting or just create content?

We handle everything up to the point of approval — analysis, strategy, production, scheduling — and then post on schedule once you've signed off. You never have to write a caption or pick a posting time.

Can you guarantee results?

No — anyone guaranteeing revenue is lying. What we commit to is a plan reasoned from your actual business figures, content produced and scheduled for you, and honest per-post performance reporting benchmarked against your own history. If it isn't working for you, cancel — there's no contract.

What if we want to pause a month?

You can pause or cancel anytime. That said, the loop compounds — the second and third cycles are planned using real performance data from your own account, so it's worth giving it a few months.

Real-world questions

We're already posting on social. Why not just post more?

Posting more without knowing what worked just scales the guesswork. Growth prioritises based on your business figures, and Performance tells you which posts genuinely beat your own baseline. You end up doing less, better.

How is this different from TikTok trend chasing?

Trend chasing optimises for views. Views aren't takings. Growth reasons from your commercial reality — quiet days, average spend, margin — and Performance judges posts against your own account history, not against whatever went viral this week.

What if our business is seasonal?

That's exactly what Growth is built for. It works from your sales calendar and seasonality, so the plan reflects what matters this month rather than generic year-round advice.

Implementation & support

How long is onboarding?

3–5 days. We gather your brand information and business figures, build your client profile, connect your social accounts and any booking or checkout link, and run the first Growth analysis.

What do you need from us?

Your business model, the commercial figures you're comfortable sharing (average spend, covers or orders, quiet periods), brand guidelines, social account access, and optionally a booking or checkout URL if you want click and conversion tracking.

Will you post during weekends or evenings?

Yes. The plan determines posting times. If that's 7pm on a Friday, it's scheduled for 7pm on a Friday — timing is handled for you.

How often do we talk to you?

Starter: a monthly strategy call. Professional: bi-weekly optimisation calls. Premium: bi-weekly calls plus a monthly strategy review.
